I. REPAIRS
- All the returned goods to be repaired must be sent directly to the FTE TECHNICAL SERVICE, contact details:

- The shipment of the goods to repair must include: customer, reference, invoice number, serial number, description of the problem, contact data, etc.
- Regarding Field Strength Meters, please ask your distributor.
II. CLAIMS AND RETURNS
In case of a mistake from our Commercial Department or Warehouse, the Credit Note will be issued for the whole amount of the goods. In case we receive a return for any other reason and although the goods may be apparently in perfect conditions, we will issue the credit note for the whole amount less a 16% due to Quality Control expenses.
III. TRANSPORT COST
The transport cost will be assumed by customer.
IV. WARRANTY
- Our products have a 2 years guarantee.
- The warranty means exclusively the replacement or repair of defective goods.
- In case of wrong usage or handling, accident or adverse atmospheric conditions, the warranty is void.
V. PAYMENT TERMS
- The payment terms will be negotiated between both parties.
- Any unpaid invoice or delay in payments will automatically cancel the delivery of the pending orders, and it can generate even the immediate claiming of the complete debt, even when it is not due yet.
- Besides, the above mentioned delays or defaults will generate interest charges.
VI. RETENTION OF TITLE
- BCN Distribuciones, S.A.U. will be the owner of the delivered goods until the related invoice is totally paid.
- BCN Distribuciones, S.A.U. reserves its rights to claim for the immediate return of goods covered by a non-paid invoice, independently of other possible legal actions.
VII. JURISDICTION
- Buyer and seller are bounded by the laws of the courts of Barcelona, expressly renouncing to other jurisdiction authorities.
VIII. GENERAL
- Minimum amount by order: 100 Euros.
- The purchaser's acceptance of our Delivery Note or Invoice will mean the acceptance of our Sale Terms and Conditions.
- Delivery terms are given as a reference. The purchaser can not claim for any compensation due to changes in delivery dates.
